The highly anticipated Dodge Hornet arrives later this year. The newest crossover SUV from Dodge combines the power of a conventional engine with electrification to bring you a highly capable plug-in hybrid while lowering your carbon footprint.

The Dodge Hornet will come in two versions: GT and R/T PHEV. The GT will sport a conventional turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine capable of producing 265 horsepower, nine-speed automatic transmission, and optional all-wheel drive. The R/T model will be Dodge's first plug-in hybrid model capable of producing 285 horsepower with the combined conventional and electric engines. You'll be able to drive up to 30 miles on the all-electric engine, so if you have a short commute and a spot to plug in before heading home, gas-free driving will be within your reach.
The Dodge Hornet takes its interior design inspiration from the Alfa Romeo Tonale. The standard black upholstery with red stitching reflects a racecar design, along with the tall shift lever on the center console. The primary controls and infotainment systems all tilt towards the driver for an immersive setup geared toward driver experience. All the modern connectivity features like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa also come standard. The 10.3-inch touchscreen is loaded with the latest Uconnect 5 system, and a digital gauge display also comes standard on all models.
